Millennium Credit Service offers two unique progams to help their customers reduce their mortgage, and build equity faster. The Bi-Weekly Mortgage Acceleration Program and the Bi-Monthly Mortgage Acceleration Program, althought these programs may sound like the same thing, they are completely different.

Bi-Weekly Program 

This program is the fastest of the two in building equity in the home, because it is based on the weekly schedule. There are 52 weeks in the year, but by calender month there are only 48 weeks in the year. By using this program you are actually paying thirhteen months instead of twelve, giving the homeowner an extra year every twelve years. Which is applied to the principal balance instead of just the interest, this allows them to build equity twice as fast, while paying of the home sooner.

Bi-Monthly Program 

This program is like the Bi-Weekly program, but it is designed to cut the amount of interest paid per month. By paying the mortgage Bi-Monthly the interest the accures is cut in half based on the homeowners billing cycle, so instead of being charge for interest for every 28 days, the homeowner is charged for only 14 billing days. The payment amount remains the same, but that extra savings on the interest is applied directly to the premium on the house note, thus allowing them to pay off the mortgage quicker.

How It Works 

This service works with all types of mortgages, first and second mortgages, commercial and residential mortgages, including mortgages on trailer homes, mobile homes, rental property, apartment complexes, hospitals, churches, office buildings, etc. And our biweekly mortgage service is 100% bank and lender approved so there is no bank or lender which we cannot work with, even private lenders.

The mortgage doesn't actually change to a Bi-Weekly or Bi-Monthly mortgage because that would require refinancing (which involves new appraisals, surveys, inspections, titles verification, financial statements, etc.) and a cost of several thousand dollars.

We restructure the mortgage onto a Bi-Weekly or Bi-Monthly "schedule" through electronic transfers from your checking account to give you the same savings and benefits of paying the mortgage Bi-Weekly without the cost of refinancing or changing the existing mortgage agreement with the lender. This reduces the loan amount much quicker than a "monthly schedule" and builds equity in your home 300% faster.
